Construct scales from temperaments with options for respelling the preimage. Offer multiple choices for the preimage based on step-variety, maximum variety and constant structure. Plenty of presets.

This is also related to a wiki friendly GET API for making a scale out of temperament specs that's ready for noodling at the click of a link. #575
