Issues

On Windows:

Missing graphical effects on vulkan
Freezing while loading (more apparent on vulkan)
Of my 3 test runs on DX, one crashed on load (re-launched before i remembered the log file), one froze on load, and one made it through

On Wine:

Crashes (Throws a wine vulkan error that, unlike most i've experienced, isn't recoverable) when going past the start screen (first screenshot)
