On Vulkan - FSI

In 2 of the the cities (Santa Carburera and Avolita) there are black parts where the roads are meant to be

and Motoropolis the entire city is dark and see through

A racer in this sheriff chase is missing parts of himself

On D3D12 - ROV

the city motoropolis is sometimes dark and sometimes not when exiting the blue customization shops shown on the minimap
