Just tested this game and it seems this issue is due for an update.

Issues:

I've only played through a single duel, but as far as I can tell it plays nearly perfectly. If I was to nitpick, perhaps some of the moving background grid effects seems to run at slightly lower framerates at times.

I haven't tested it extensively, perhaps someone more familiar with the game could try it to see if anything else appears off.
