Marketplace Sega Vintage Collection: Monster World

Tested on (xenia-project/xenia@f7ea931)

Issues:

Runs just as good as SVC: Streets of Rage (#1300 ) does actually, but that isn't all that surprising considering they're ran on the exact same Sega emulator. Still need a XBLA unlocked version of Xenia in order to test on it further.

Reason why the character model is gone in this one is because of the revival potion, I just took the screenshot at a bad time lol.

Issues: Now that this game can be unlocked through the config the game is fully playable, runs smooth and has no issues with any of the games.
