Issues:

The game advances through loading screens. 3D graphics in the menu are not rendered. At the autosave notice screen, the game gets an unavailable storage device error. It is impossible to get past this screen.

The game loads properly now, but there are still no rendered graphics on screen. Videos are displayed as green screens. HUD elements and menus display properly though.

Tested on: https://github.com/xenia-project/xenia/commit/3d30b2eec3ab1f83140b09745bee881fb5d5dde2

saves are still broken (not an issue on Canary).
needs gpu_allow_invalid_fetch_constants to render graphics and FMVs.
needs readback_resolve to render car liveries.
game speed tied to FPS, don't disable vsync.

On Master can't proceed to menus without a save, but using a save made on Canary works. This way Master can reach gameplay too.
