when gpu-drawing-corrupt, set d3d12_clear_memory_page_state = true

Shows "this storage is broken" in V.1.0.2796 and V.1.0.2797. Can read save file properly in V1.0.689 under same file location.

@HollyHiragi Thank you! I just started this game yesterday and I needed this info.

Game also saves properly in canary_experimental@37051afca on April 26 2023
