Vulkan backend without "disassemble_functions=true" and "clear_memory_page_state = true"; flicker issues during video intro and major menu rendering issues. in-game graphics seems better? compared to d3d12.

to reach the menu, otherwise the game will crash within 5 seconds of booting.Like other games using Midway's modified Unreal Engine 3, graphics will become corrupt following a bink video. Pressing F5 will temporarily fix.
Exhibits the same dynamic lighting artifacts that all UE3 games using predicated tiling have.
Story Mode results in eventual Disc Read Error UI after initial cutscenes and character creator is finished.
Exhibition mode prone to irregular crashing in the middle of a match, although finishing a match is sometimes possible.
