use d3d12 and it will run for a while. lagging and will eventually crash

D3D12 allows you to get into game but nothing is being drawn correctly. You can see players spazzing out for a split second during kickoff but otherwise nothing is being rendered outside of menus. Audio is working great.

Vulkan has upside down EA Sports menu just like NCAA Football 10. Crashes stating graphics device lost. However, I was able to restart it and it worked fine until I got to favorite team selection screen and crashed again.

I feel like, with this being the most recent NCAA title, getting this working would be a good PR boost for the project.

That being said, I also get the Graphics Device Lost error. While I am completely new to the Xenia scene, the fact that it appears at different points every time I launch the game gives me hope for a fix in the future. I also have the upside down EA sports menu at the beginning.

Using Windows 10, i5-4690k, 24GB RAM, GTX 970

EDIT: Forgot to mention, was using the Vulkan release.

Issues:

This title goes in-game in the latest master at the time of posting. Unfortunately, it's plagued with issues that prevent it from being playable. The graphics are glitchy (and sometimes totally absent), the physics are messed up, and the players keep jumping around. The players jumping around is a big problem because it consistently causes a false start penalty, so there is no way to drive down the field. At least the kickoff seems to work. The sound, however, is really good. The music, sound effects, and dialog all sound clear and don't have any major issues.

I played two different games, both of which cause the guest to crash within 30 seconds of game time.

Tested latest master on Win11 gaming laptop. Every play results in offsides or false starts. Motioning to remove the state-gameplay tag and replace it with 'state-intro' as the game does not actively function normally. Xenia is a long way away from actually being able to play all Xbox 360 titles.

@PowerPlayPone If it reaches gameplay at all then it qualifies for the label.
