NASCAR 08 goes in-game and may be completely playable, assuming there aren't any crashes I haven't seen yet. The graphics look as expected, the framerate is consistent on my system, and the gameplay audio sounds great. The only two issues I've noticed are the menu music skipping beats and some exploding vertices when cars crash. Both of these issues are demonstrated clearly in the video linked below. Other than that, I'm fairly sure this game is totally playable.
Note: The original poster, TotalCaesar659 is playing on the European PAL version, but I'm playing on the North American NTSC version. I don't know if there are any differences between them that would affect emulation, but my title screen looks different than TotalCaesar's.

EDIT: I noticed a few more graphical issues after playing the game some more. In the screenshot below, you can see a tire mark that is colored pink and floating slightly above the track. There was another mark earlier in the track that was yellow and green. You can see that the pink one in the screenshot is actually going through the car when I drive into it.
