Same rotating logo issues. Now crashes before menus.

Watched a CPU vs CPU match until the players got stuck. 62-65FPS with vsync off and shaders cached.

⚠️Major wonkiness going on with ragdolls and bad AI. ⚠️Major graphical issues with the top half being obscured at times and most textures on 3D models rainbowed.
