Issues:

This game is made up of multiple .xex's (at least my version is) so it crashes immediately after hitting the start button. I do not know how the previous poster from 2016 managed to get into the menu's at all. Did Xenia actually support multiple .xex's at one point in 2016? Or is this a different issue entirely?

Based on OP's log and game title, the Title ID should be 5454087D and Title should be Mafia II.

Nighterlev has the 545407E6 Mafia II version which should be on a separate report.

i have the same issue on my xbox series x dev mode when the intro start to hit i press start and all i see is black screen plz somebody help meeeeee

No changes since last report. This game is playable from start to finish on Xenia Canary, but stability is a hit or miss: https://github.com/xenia-canary/game-compatibility/issues/151#issuecomment-2360713627
