All GPU drawings are missing because of GPU:Write to unknown register Intro sounds started.

(still)
game starts, intro played but after intro there is just black screen.
Writes to unknown register...

Those GPU register writes are very interesting. Looks like they're initializing perfcounter registers as well as a lot more, according to yamato offsets.
Minigames work perfectly
Now crashes on main menu
Cutscenes don't work properly: https://youtu.be/cI9kgaCboao What happens if you remove cutscenes folder: https://youtu.be/fPizpjRi2Ik Tested on 8ba6f3f
The levels either crash after loading the level, crash after some time, or they crash after a loading zone. WALL-E looks like a line: PAL Version of the game. Config used: config.txt Log file after the game crashed on level "100% Unsanitary": https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jiig7Wgdfk5Qphha4irYq3-83ZWxGekH/view?usp=sharing Tested on 211e30d
Black screen after intro on default config xenia_log.zip
Blank screen with config above xenia_log_2.zip
Can confirm this is an issue on the NTSC version as well.
The game for me plays the first loading screen then glitches out on the intro audio with a black screen xenia.zip
With canary build 006c22e13 (Feb 02 2021) and deleting the cutscenes, I got into the main menu and into the first level. The level is stable, but the graphics are very messed up. Audio spontaneously cuts in and out and is crackly. NTSC.
cutscenes still crash (is there some kind of issue with Bink Video? these files play perfectly fine in VLC which is kinda funny to me) but the game runs flawlessly when the cutscene folder is deleted, at least up to the Sandstorm level. no more ingame graphical or audio corruption. there's some minor flickering on the lighting, but that probably goes away when using 1x resolution (i generally use 2x). tested on v1.0.2589-master, i will grab screenshots in the morning
clarifying on my prior comment, the emulator becomes unstable in the tumbler section of level 5, Good Intentions; it will crash outright, seemingly this is related to yellow walls. it's possible to get past this section without a crash if you're quick, but it may be impossible to get all Wallops. not sure since there are more than 30 in some levels (despite the item counter claiming otherwise), still playing the game.
[edit] can confirm, there are enough other Wallops in the level to satisfy the requirement
How do i delete the cutscenes folder i checked in content
Why did nobody still do the patch for this game's cutscenes? The same issue has been fixed for SpongeBob's Truth or Square, which is on the same engine and also has the same cutscenes format. I'm no programmer so I don't know how to do this myself.
Since I'm the only one here who seems to care, I'm happy to report that BIK cutscenes were fixed. The game is now playable.
