Issues:

Save-states not works, small troubles of graphics on Vulkan, but 2D part better than on OpenGL (OpenGL much better3D part, but 2D partially broken, and slow) Stable ingame and good performance

Master League saves have corrupted description, but they load fine. System settings load as well. Don't see other issues.
