Issues:

Game starts up fine. Goes through the opening intro videos. Can start game and getting ingame view is blocked by a blackscreen (The games 'fade in effect')(See last screenshot)

runs at 60 FPS on default, unlimited if vsync disabled.
most of the audio stops playing after a while.

Completed tutorial and first assassination. After Bullet Cam in first mission, most of the audio stopped working, there was also some minor audio looping before that. Other than that seems ok, performance is fine once the shaders are compiled, though it's heavily single core limited.
