With "Show only specific number of questions" enabled:

Audio continues playing after moving to next question and starting next audio clip
Light theme with limited functionality

Without "Show only specific number of questions" enabled:

Audio continues playing after moving to the next question, but stops when next audio track starts (which is better!)
Dark, newer theme
