[Q/FR] Image input? #177

Is there a way to input images?

In particular, can we input an image to Dall-E API? The ChatGPT website supports this, but I am not sure about the API.

There's quite a bit I haven't caught up with from latest API offerings. For what is possible best to look at https://platform.openai.com/overview

I did add an image describe function for ChatGPT if that's what you're after: chatgpt-shell-describe-image
