There are no Perks in the rules

Perks are character traits that provide them with utilitarian game abilities, such as

• Being able to communicate easily with other players;
• Reducing the difficulty of using their Sylladex;
• Abstracting the process of Alchemy;
• etc.

Perks become available to a character after they have accomplished related game goals, and must be bought with APs.
