Create rules for Alchemizing new items

The game requires rules to allow players to create new items for their characters. The core ideas for this system are:

• A new item is formed by combining items the player has already found;
• Items can be combined in one of two ways, in a manner similar to && and || (binary AND and binary OR);
• The process should require player experimentation to be learned and reward introducing new ideas to the table;
• The rules should include guidelines on accurately setting the Grist cost for a new item.

These new mechanics relate to #7 (obviously) and #4, as obtaining new and more powerful items is part of the expected progression in Sburb.
