Running jobs in specific (Conda?) virtual environments #7

Hi,

thanks for your great little piece of software. We recently implemented it for queuing long an complicated calculations in structural biology on our most powerful workstation. However, we were not able to figure how we can add a virtual environment (preferablly conda) to our commands. Is this already possible? If not, this would be a formal feature request 😉

Thanks for you work! Jan

Thanks but credits go to task-spooler author Lluís Batlle i Rossell, I only created the repository on github (and added autotools support) when I used it for a short time years ago.

For support or feature requests it would be better to try to contact the author, email at the bottom of the upstream page, alternatively I see that there may be a google group and a mailing list (I have no idea if emails and groups are active, sorry).

As a matter of fact, since the command seems quite used and there are requests for support and features, I will look for a new maintainer.
