updated pre-built pdf releases to match #2

i forgot this pdf version using DaystarEld's remix of ch1-4 had actually existed, since it is not linked directly to the rjl20/hpmor version by several steps away somehow, but glad to see it got a bit of updates as well.

i notice however the pre-built pdf releases say 5 years ago, but several other files mention revisions 2 years ago, so seems like it would be helpful to rebuild and release the v1.1 pdfs, if you would please, for easy access and sharing.

Goodness, it has been two years. I was incorporating corrections that others had made (there are quite a few forks of the project around) and fixing minor details, but I never got to the point of a proper release, and I can't say when I'll get around to finishing that myself. You're welcome to try using the source to build new pdfs. There's also nothing wrong with using the release from 5 years ago.
