Move Docker images to xenonmiddleware organization #42

At the moment all xenon Docker images are store in Docker hub as nlesc/xenon-<something>. As part of the organization move from NLeSC to xenon-middleware Github organization, the Docker images should be moved to xenonmiddleware/<something>.

This move could have consequences for other projects using these images. So tread carefully.

To setup automated builds on Docker Hub I need to work in the master branch.

So I made a release with images in the nlesc organization.

There are probably other places where nlesc/xenon-* images are used, which also need to be updated.
