XAO has 'mouth primordium',

def: "Anterior part of the embryonic alimentary canal that is formed as an invagination of the ectoderm and is the future mouth." [UBERON:0000930]

yet mouth does not develop from the mouth primordium

added mouth develops_from mouth primordium
