Lens and adenohypophyseal placode should align with UBERON #35

Currently, 'lens placode' is defined as a neurogenic placode, while in UBERON, it is defined as a non-neurogenic placode.

Same goes for adenohypophyseal placode

This causes some bad blood when the ontologies are bridged and merged.
