@seger I wasn't sure what particular rules obtained to 'anatomical group' terms. I set the start stage to be the start of the latest developing 'has_part' child but perhaps it should have been the earliest? Similarly I haven't set any 'develops_from' relationships as it develops from all the precursors of the various parts. Is there a standard approach for cases like these do they need their own discrete 'develops_from' parents?
@malcolmfisher103 I set the start stage to be the earliest start stage of the parts. Because 'digestive tract' is_a 'anatomical group', and 'anatomical group' develops_from 'embryo', there is no need for its own discrete parent – unless the digestive tract as a whole can be said to develop from something more specific than embryo. Otherwise it's fine to let it be that it develops from the precursors of the various parts.
