I assumed that the OBO file is the one where edits should be performed. I made edits there then ran robot convert --input xenopus_anatomy.obo --output xenopus_anatomy.owl. Unfortunately, this had a lot of spurious diff.

@cthoyt I've merged the changes into a new branch and I'll take a look at them in Protégé locally.

(I'm planning to reorganize this repository in the near future so there will be a clearly identifiable "edit" file that's separate from the OBO and OWL files in the main branch.)
