Should only be pulled in conjunction with https://github.com/xapi-project/xen-api-rpm-buildroot/pull/182

I know the 5s delay waiting for XAPI to come up isn't ideal. Once we integrate with mainline we can then use the XAPI startup cookie as the gate for whether XAPI is ready or not.
