Need more flexibility defining resource urls

• underscores in resources to paths? (e.g. :foo_bar = /foo/bars)
• specify url? (e.g. resource(:thing, endpoint: '/cool-things'))

Want to keep it simple for now and avoid going down the road of sub-resources
