Error with the npm install command #2

I have installed xeokit bim viewer app. npm install got up with errors. Then I entered the node command createProject.js -p demoProject -s ./demoModels/*/, for converting ifc models to xkt. I opened the model in the application and it is unclear what is in the structure. In srinshot
