PerformanceModel rendering glitch - affects XKTLoaderPlugin and GLTFLoaderPlugin #155

We get a rendering glitch as shown below when loading XKT or glTF with performance:true.

Note how setting one set of objects invisible causes other objects (the foundation in this case) to not render correctly. The foundation should be solidly filled with color, rather than just wireframed.
