Whole PerformanceModel rendered with edges when only one Entity has them #17

Setting Entity edges true causes whole PerformanceModel to be rendered with edges enhanced.

Flag masking is not implemented for edges in batchingEdgesShaderSource.js and instancingEdgesShaderSource.js.
