Lending UI Updates

update silkroad > lending to be a more full featured experience and show all relevant data to loans

Cash Advance

[x] replace the "cash advance" button with the beginning of the cash advance widget directly so that instead of it being a popup, it's just the center of the page with options to borrow or repay

[ ] set up the list to populate from the Token List standard NOTE: Token Lists are being implemented in #21 and I'll work on that concurrently to this UI update.
[x] after selecting the collateral for deposit, switch over to a full card that lets users enter all the details. The info should be the same as the one teller uses here
- [x] styled to match our site.

Loan Statistics

[ ] change the statistics sidebar on the right when you're viewing the loan's page to show the volume of that pair in Teller protocol

Note on Loan Stats @RTJ99 if you need help incorporating Teller's ABI or peripheral scripts on this task, I invited @andreskebe to the repo, feel free to tag him!

Change 'Live Txs' to 'Loan History'

[ ] when you're looking at loans, change where the sidebar says live Txs to read Loan History
[ ] show a list of loan history
- [ ] Each list item should have a dropdown box next to it that opens up a detail popup.

Loan History > Detail Popup

[ ] detail popup for each loan history item should contain this relevant information

Populating Loan Statistics/History

[ ] opening a loan should populate a new item in the loan history section
[ ] the statisstics should update in real time based on the amount of collateral in Teller pools

Purpose

this improvement will dramatically improve the workflow of our lending features, make the UI more modern, and give people a viable alternative to Teller's front end.

Additional context

as per conversation with Kieran @ Teller their priority is the protocol not the frontend and are willing to support us building out a full featured interface on top of teller-v2

in order to be a viable alternative and do both of our protocols the most service we should strive to have a more full-featured frontend than theirs
