messy portraits at the presentation of mvc2 #176

Using a veryfied TOSEC image:
Marvel vs. Capcom 2 v1.001 (2000)(Capcom)(NTSC)(US)[!]

1: start up the game with dynarec enabled
2: wait till the demo intro starts

The expected output is chars lined up going from left to right, and then, from
right to left, but I get them with messy portraits, like scrambled textures,
missing body parts:

I use version: 1.04 r52 for dreamcast
I use a nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace build

PowerVR Plugin: nullDC PowerVR -- Direct3d HAL [jun 13 2010]
GDRom Plugin: Image Reader plugin by drk||raziel & gigaherz [may 18 2010]
AICA Plugin: nullDC AICA [may 28 2010]
ARM7 Plugin: VBA ARM Sound CPU Core [May 28 2010]
Maple Plugin(s): nullDC Controller [WinHook] (jun 20 2010)
nullDC VMU For Logitech G-15 Keyboards (jun 20 2010)
Ext.Device Plugin: nullExtDev [may 28 2010]

Operating System: windows 7 64bits
CPU: C2Q Q6600
Video Card: HD 4850
Sound Card: ATI HDMI Audio

Without Dynarec it gets no scrambled textures, but some body parts are still
missing on the first characters. Changing any PowerVR settings gives no effect
on this.
