Believe or not but impossible to find app for usb video for samsung smart tv... they even removed skipe.
Another aproach are usb to hdmi adaptors.... you can find either type c focused to android mobiles (these ones with regular usb for power), another for ocs it seems they do not have additional circuitry or usb 3.0 with circuitry?....i am not a expert on such standards but in my understanding usb is using two lines for digital streaming a another for the clock? and since hdmi is digital little conversion is needed? Do you think could work? any constraint?

I found this diagram : i guess should be similar for standard usb or usb 3.0 - based on this just a cable will be needed? unless tv should act as a master and send any kind of command or initial usb recognition protocol to initiate video streaming ... any idea?

4 years ago and add "persist.service.bt.a2dp.sink＝true" in your Android device's build. prop file, you can use the android device as an a2dp audio receiver. tested on Android 5.1 and 7.0. and don't forget to set this Chinese usb camera app to be the default app to open automatically when psv detected plugged in . now it's fully automatic,awesome. no need for Linux dock any more. any old cell phone will do.

Hi Xerpi, congrats and thx for the pluggin!!! Any app for Samsung SMART TV to get the streaming? If not, do you think it would be possible to program, I mean, the android layer for tvs offers such capability? Thx again @jmpuk
