PS vita shows up on cousins laptop with obs but not my own (also with OBS) #69

as the title says i downloaded the plugin from AutoPluggin2 and without any problems it worked on OBS studio on a laptop other than my own. However when i attempted it on my own pc the option to add ps vita as a video capture device was not available. the only possibilities that come to mind are antivirus blocking drivers, or some other driver problem on my laptop. due to the plugin working perfectly on the other laptop i think the problem lies within my pc not the vita. i also read the other pages with problems and i couldnt find a solution. however i am not familiar with github and may have missed the page with the solution. thanks adam
