Not working on MX10 Pro 4K Box running Android 9 #91

The specs of my Android TV Box as below:

MEMORY: 4GB DDR3 CPU: rk3328 quad-core 64bit a53 GPU: Mali 450 MP STORAGE: 32GB API LEVEL 28 Rooted

My PS Vita is 1000 model with Henkaku + ENSO CFW 3.60 installed,

I've followed all the steps and guide on how to install the plugin (in ur0 tai folder) using the latest version of the plugin (v1.7).

On the box I used the latest version of USB Camera - Connect EasyCap or USB WebCam app (v10.2.9) downloaded from Google Play. All settings done according to several videos out there regarding the method. I also tested it on other older versions including the paid pro version. But nothing works. No USB "camera/ webcam" device detected.

I also tested it on other app (Next Camera USB), unfortunately ended with the same result which is USB device is not even detected.

I also tried tinkering with the Developer's Mode on the Android Box by enabling USB debugging, USB Settings and changing USB Configuration (PTP/ MTP.....etc) but still no luck.

So is it because of the plugin or my TV box (Android 9)? Or there's something wrong with my PS Vita? Or a conflict with other plugins? Or just a bad data cable (although it charging quite well so far)

Some say it is probably due to the API Level 28 or Android version above 8.

But I am yet to try older version of the plugin.

Ok confirmed working on PC via OBS

I think it is something got to do with target API/ SDK level 28 restriction as shown in the link:
