black star promos' release_dates are aligned to the first release #1

move to the middle point? (e.g., if from Jan 2001 to Dec 2002, Jan 2002) randomize? (though it will give a wrong impression that these individual cards are released on the exact date, while they are actually randomly generated pseudo dates)

use the end date, when all the cards of the black star promos were published.
