Based off #15 Allows the user to load playlists from the website into their playlist, from their account or a custom playlist URL. Also allows to save their current playlist to a new or existing website playlist

[x] Load playlist from account
[x] Load playlist from custom URL
[x] Manage playlists (delete, rename)
[x] Push playlists to the website (new, existing)
[x] Everything in ONE window instead of separate ones

I will move this to my repository. We will loose all comments but at least there aren't that much.
