pyxet should not require git #55

pyxet currently has a small git dependency and prints a message to set up user.email etc from time to time. xet mount also currently has a strong git dependency. I think the dependency can be eliminated.

Fixed. xet mount still requires git but that is a bit more involving to fix. Will defer until that becomes an issue.
