Move back to dockerhub for building #25

After poking around a bit online, I just don't trust travis-ci to keep a secret.

It was easy enough to have travis-ci trigger builds on docker hub and customize the dockerhub build hook to specify tag values. Now I don't have to worry about credentials leaking.
