Updated version to 2.2.9 and snapshot to 3.0.0 #35

On 9th of October 2022, version 2.2.9 was released. It's a bugfix/security fix release. See release notes

My IDE has whitespace-auto-trim at the end of the line enabled, I hope that's not a problem.
