Only one place for issues #3

Should issues placed here or over at GitLab? With just one place it is easier to determine where to go and check if an issue is already known.

Personally I am on GitLab more than GitHub. This is a good thought. I will get back to you on this. In the meantime, either one is okay.

I am more on GitLab too, That is why I opened the issue there.

I prefer GitLab, but to create a community, we can not ignore the great majority of programmers using git. I think we should have as much channel as possible to make the project growth and get more participants.
