improve -N for jstrencode, update man pages #23

We improve jstrencode -N by ignoring all newlines in data.

Minor change to jstrencode as well.

Changed JSTRENCODE_VERSION from "1.2.2 2024-10-10" to "1.2.3 2024-10-10".

Performed make release to test the above under macOS.

An old quote of mine, referencing shared psychotic disorder. I was thinking of COVID as well. Not that we're delusional but it's much more fun than the other (though the Germans have a great way to say it too - and I'm sure you know what I mean).

FYI: the Easter egg will be improved in a bit ... so it'll be a divergent from mkiocccentry but that's okay. After that I'll see about replying to comments and then hopefully working on the website. But for now I must go afk.
