Add borg environment variables to log #19

The borgcronic log contains the complete execution line, but miss the value of the borg environment variables.

The log should list all these variables. Currently these are: BORG_REPO, BORG_CACHE_DIR, BORG_KEYS_DIR, BORG_SECURITY_DIR.
