ggmcmc: allow NULL for file name #25

I frequently try to append other things to the pdf. I suggest that NULL can be passed as a filename, in which case pdf and dev.off() are skipped. This does not break old code, and is 2 additional lines.

Done. In addition to that, it gives control to the user. Solved by commit #0c1fcfc.

Thanks, Xavier. Note that the Rd files were not updated via Roxygen, so a download gives the old documentation text, even if the source is working.
