Add the possibility to do a fully Bayesian version of the separation plot #29

This option is not currently implemented. It can be either using facets (problematic) or intensities of colors. But in any case it is problematic.

After some time thinking about how to visualize the uncertainty around the predicted values of the outcome I haven't had a workable idea to implement it. In any case the amount of fuzziness that such an implementation would imply will very likely go against the clarity of sorting the predicted values.

So unless someone comes with a neat idea on how to do it, or I do, I will close this issue.
