Hi, I just wanted to raise up a topic of pretty messy naming convention of config files used with webpack. Some are using ."tool"rc.js option and some are using "tool".config.js which makes it hard to easily spot the config files you're looking for.
I think config files should be kept in ."tool"rc.js format to hide them in the file system or ideally, using a specific config property in package.json. I believe all of the tools used support such option. For example: https://prettier.io/docs/en/configuration.html https://stylelint.io/user-guide/configure/ https://eslint.org/docs/user-guide/configuring/ https://babeljs.io/docs/en/configuration#packagejson
Thanks!
