An uncaught exception occurred: Visual Styles not active (Win 7) #2

A strange bug (Win 7 ) when in the Desktopbackground (AERO) is something other than the "basic"- theme active. This Exception is thrown. A Workaround: The "basic"- theme must be active, no error message appears . Maybe an Issue ....
