[Bug] Cape doesn't work in multiply server but is normal in local world

Describe the bug

When I was in a multiplayer server, I can see my skin of cape and elytra in the GUI. But it did load in the server

But I could see it in my local world. What problem it can be? It's weird.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter singleplayer world.
2. Enter multiplayer server.
3. I can't find my cape's skin.
