Documentation tasks (0.1.0) - Diego #85

Document the following in the wiki:

Invariant sites (theory behind + usage)
Ascertainment bias (theory behind + usage)
Derivatives computation (theory behind + usage)
attributes partition variable structure + list available attributes (which can be used together which not)

Further, move the documentation of the following modules to the high-level modules repositor and remove from here:

Storing Loading partitions
API reference (tree module)

The best for now would be to have 1 separate wiki page for each point, and then we fix the structure.
